Job Description Leading company in the stevia-based sweeteners sector is looking for a professional with experience in quality area within food industry companies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience working in Quality, Research and Development and/or Production * Experience in raw material analysis, in-process and finished products * Laboratory experience handling microbiological and physicochemical analyses * Academic background in Food Industries, Industrial Engineering, or Agroindustrial Engineering * Desirable: Courses in Food Safety Systems * Knowledge of GMP, BRC, PHS, HACCP, Audit Processes, and Vuce system * Experience implementing HACCP in food processing plants * Previous work in food processing companies. Participation in HACCP audits is desirable * Intermediate level in MS Office * Must reside in an accessible area or nearby San Martin de Porres (workplace: Av Canta Callao with Izaguirre) * Experience in auditing **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead all quality inspection activities * Conduct scheduled and unannounced inspections * Perform sampling of food, water, and surfaces * Prepare reports * Verify compliance with the monthly work program * Carry out quality assurance activities in production processes * Contribute to documentation and implementation of quality methodologies, standards, and procedures * Update metrics and measurements from process control inspections and quality-related returns * Manage retained samples of finished products * Other related duties as required We Offer: **Payroll inclusion with legal benefits.
