Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support national and international procurement management, supplier selection, purchase order coordination, and inventory execution. Key Highlights: 1. Support in strategic procurement management and supplier selection 2. Purchase order coordination and improvement of delivery times 3. Interdepartmental collaboration for incident resolution \- Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or Technical diploma in Administration, Accounting, or related fields \- Knowledge of national and international procurement. \- Minimum 1 year of experience performing duties in Procurement and Logistics. Responsibilities: \- Receive procurement requests from various departments to generate purchase orders. \- Support the search, selection, and evaluation of primary and alternative suppliers, ensuring optimal quality-to-price ratio for goods and services acquired by the company. \- Support purchase order coordination to improve delivery times, pricing, quality, or after-sales service. \- Maintain constant communication with Project, Commercial, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues related to orders or purchase orders. \- Support inventory execution, prepare reports and summaries on warehouse movements, status, and related incidents. \- Perform other assigned responsibilities.
