We are dedicated to providing high-quality solutions for industrial sectors, offering efficient products and excellent service to our customers. **POSITION:** Billing Assistant **FUNCTIONS** * Issue invoices for orders from Lima, provinces, and corporate clients. * Issue commercial quality certificates. * Coordinate with the dispatch department. * Inform sales representatives about their orders and invoice issuance. * Perform month-end closings. * Check emails daily and forward any requests or requirements to the relevant personnel. * Manage product returns and replacements. **REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION: Minimum:** Student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable:** Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **TRAINING** **Minimum:** Courses or training in billing, administration, payment vouchers, and user-level Office software. **Desirable:** Customer service training and intermediate-level Office software skills. **EXPERIENCE** 1 year of experience in this position or in related fields. **BENEFITS** Payroll enrollment from day one.
