Dynamic and collaborative work environment Responsible for providing support in activities related to maintenance, painting, fitting, and other assigned workshop tasks. Requirements: 1\. Completed technical studies or final cycles in metallic construction, metalmechanics, or related fields. 2\. Minimum 3 years of experience in metalmechanical or industrial sectors. 3\. Willingness to learn and grow. 4\. Must reside in districts adjacent to Comas. Main Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate maintenance, painting, fitting, and other assigned workshop tasks. \- Direct and verify proper inspection, testing, and adjustment of mechanical and industrial repairs. \- Monitor and supervise the picking and packing processes for tools, materials, equipment, and supplies. \- Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper organization of work areas, as well as inventory control of tools, equipment, and finished products. \- Ensure tools, equipment, and the general work area are in good condition, properly used, and adequately maintained. \- Supervise mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) both in the workshop and on-site. \- Coordinate, assign, and follow up on operational staff activities under supervision. \- Report progress, incidents, and operational needs to the respective supervisor. \- Promote compliance with safety and quality standards and internal procedures. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
