Corporate benefits **ARCO IRIS MAQUISERVICIOS**, an industrial and civil construction company, is currently seeking an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** to join our team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Supervise and control Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) conditions at construction sites. \- Conduct periodic inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions. \- Develop, update, and monitor IPERC and IAIA matrices. \- Verify proper use of PPE and ensure its availability on-site. \- Review and approve ATS and work permits prior to commencement of activities. \- Supervise and control execution of high-risk tasks. \- Implement and monitor the Annual Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program and training programs. \- Deliver safety talks and training sessions to personnel. \- Investigate accidents and incidents and propose corrective and preventive actions. \- Prepare safety reports and statistics. \- Ensure compliance with company and client procedures, regulations, standards, and policies. \- Monitor implementation of control measures and corrective actions identified during inspections. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Licensed and registered professional in Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum professional experience required based on academic background: \- 3 years of experience for professionals with specialized training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Industrial Safety, or equivalent. \- 6 years of professional experience for professionals from other engineering disciplines. \- Experience must be verified and calculated by summing up valid employment periods; verification will confirm that the candidate meets the minimum required experience according to their academic background. \- Among the verified experience, candidates must possess relevant experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA/OSH), aligned with the job responsibilities. \- Experience supervising occupational safety and health on industrial and/or civil construction sites. \- Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health of at least 90 hours. \- Certified courses in high-risk tasks: working at heights, excavations, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined spaces, and lifting operations. \- Basic English proficiency. \- Willingness to work on-site and travel to provinces. \- Leadership ability, effective communication, planning skills, and results orientation. **WE OFFER** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Fully compensated overtime. \- Immediate enrollment in full payroll with all statutory benefits from day one. \- Comprehensive per diems for provincial assignments: \- Accommodation. \- Meals. \- Transportation. \- Complete PPE. \- Opportunity for learning and professional development. \- Excellent work environment. \- Corporate benefits. **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Saturday: 48 hours per week Apply now and become part of our team!
