Part of a team focused on continuous improvement A company in the metal-mechanical sector is seeking a **Welder for metal carpentry work on materials less than 3mm thick**, who is responsible, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and eager to join a team dedicated to continuous improvement. Requirements: * Proven experience as a **TIG/MIG Welder**. * Knowledge of welding steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum (as required). * Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments. * Commitment to quality and safety. * Must reside in Northern Lima. * Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: * Perform **welding tasks** according to fabrication drawings and work orders. * Validate and adjust **TIG welding parameters** based on material type and thickness. * Inspect the **quality of welded joints**, ensuring strength, finish, and precision. * Ensure proper use of **industrial gases** and welding consumables. * Prepare, position, and secure materials on workbenches. * Inspect and measure finished products, verifying compliance with technical specifications. * Maintain a **tidy, clean, and safe** workplace. * Strictly comply with **occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations**.
