Job Summary: We are seeking a MIG-TIG Welding Assistant to fabricate and assemble metal structures for elevators, performing welding and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. At **XIO LIFT ASCENSORES DEL PERU S.A.C.**, we are looking for a **MIG-TIG Welding Assistant** to join our technical team. This position targets professionals with experience in fabricating and assembling metal structures for elevators and lifts. **Responsibilities:** * Receive metal structures and components, verifying their condition and suitability for welding processes according to technical specifications. * Request technical information from the production supervisor or engineering department when necessary. * Submit material and supply requirements to the supervisor based on drawings and work orders. * Perform MIG and TIG welding in various positions, ensuring proper component joining. * Conduct visual quality control and non-destructive testing (penetrant testing) on welds, coordinated with the quality control department. Comply with and promote occupational safety and health regulations (mandatory use of PPE, hazard identification, and reporting of unsafe conditions). **Requirements:** * **Education**: Technical Diploma in Welding. * **Experience**: Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding. * **Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.** * **Experience**: Minimum 6 months in similar roles within the metal structures or metalworking industry (experience in elevator or lift projects is preferred).
