Job Summary: Supervise the proper execution of customs clearance processes, coordinate operations, lead the operational team, and advise clients on customs-related matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and delegate operational team tasks. 2. Advise internal and external clients on customs-related matters. 3. Manage operational incidents and ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance. A customs agency belonging to a solid corporate group is seeking a **CUSTOMS AGENCY SUPERVISOR** to join our team: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the proper execution of customs clearance processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and current regulations. * Coordinate with involved departments to guarantee operational efficiency. * Lead and delegate tasks to the operational team (assistants, liquidators, and specialists). * Advise internal and external clients on customs-related matters. * Manage operational incidents and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). * Review and validate documentation, as well as monitor management indicators (KPIs). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in International Trade and Customs. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the logistics sector serving the mining industry or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * 100% covered meals. * 100% covered laundry service. * Commuting allowance. * Professional development opportunities within a solid corporate group. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM.
