Be part of a solid industrial-sector company **FIXED ASSETS ANALYST** An industrial-sector company is seeking a professional to join its Management Control and Improvement Department, with a focus on investment project management and fixed asset administration. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of IFRS and taxation. * Knowledge of project management under the PMBOK methodology. * Knowledge of fixed asset management and control. * Knowledge of planning and control. * Proficiency in ERP software for project management. Experience * Minimum 3 years of experience in fixed asset management, preferably within industrial-sector companies. * Experience in fixed asset classification and valuation, as well as accounting system operation. * Minimum 1 year of experience in investment project management within the industrial sector. Main Responsibilities * Manage and control the corporate group's investment projects. * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects. * Prepare project-specific management reports and performance indicators. * Supervise and control fixed assets, ensuring system information remains up to date. * Register and administer assets and equipment in ERP/SIGE. * Coordinate inspections, inventories, and physical verification of fixed assets. * Prepare periodic reports on costs, projects, and fixed asset status. * Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, administration, operations, and accounting departments.
