Position Summary: We are seeking a Planning Engineer with experience in civil and real estate construction projects to oversee scheduling, cost control, and project management. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Planning Engineer** who meets the following requirements: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Planning/Control Engineer. * Prior work experience on construction projects such as: hospitals, hotels, universities, institutes, multi-family residential buildings, and office buildings. * Primavera P6 – Advanced. * BIM / Navisworks * AutoCAD * Advanced Excel. * Microsoft Project **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development and control of construction schedules. * Physical progress monitoring. * Productivity and performance management. * Cost and resource control. * S-curves and construction KPIs. * Constraint analysis and lookahead planning. * Reading of drawings and quantity take-offs. * Basic contractual management. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Labor benefits under the General Regime payroll system. * Statutory insurance.
