Job Summary: We are seeking a Security Agent for a countryside restaurant, responsible for surveillance, access control, and incident prevention, ensuring a safe and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and protect people, property, and facilities 2. Control access and prevent unlawful acts 3. Provide respectful treatment and guide the public WE ARE A COUNTRYSIDE RESTAURANT LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN CONE OF LIMA. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SECURITY AGENT WHO WISHES TO JOIN OUR TEAM. SALARY: S/. 1650\.00 REQUIREMENTS: * Be of legal age (25 – 50 years old) * Good physical condition * Professional appearance and courteous demeanor * Ability to remain calm and resolve conflicts * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility * Valid official identification * Proof of residence * Academic certificate (minimum high school diploma) * No criminal record * Letters of recommendation (personal or professional) * · Handling customer-related situations and conflict resolution * Clear and respectful communication * Observational skills and attention to detail * Teamwork with waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management * Ability to follow instructions and protocols * Availability for **rotating day shifts** * Work on weekends and holidays RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Monitor and protect** people, property, and facilities * **Control access** (entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles) * **Prevent thefts, damages, or unlawful acts** * **Conduct periodic security patrols** * **Detect and report** suspicious situations * **Welcome customers** * **Record personal information and vehicle license plates of suppliers upon entry** * Provide **respectful treatment** to employees, visitors, or customers * Guide the public when necessary * Maintain a professional company image * Prepare **incident reports** * Comply with and enforce internal regulations * Prior to customer arrival, assist in organizing and cleaning the assigned area * · Supervise compliance with the establishment’s **internal regulations** * **Politely and respectfully inform customers about the restaurant’s closing time.** **We Offer:** We are an SME and provide the following: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits * One day off per week * Meals * Positive work environment * Training programs \* Our location is in the northern cone, Carabayllo (3 minutes from Puente Piedra Roundabout) Please send your CV.
