Minimum **6 months** of experience in academic roles, educational coordination, or related areas. Knowledge of pedagogical planning, monitoring, and support. Leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in digital tools and educational platforms. Resident of **PUENTE PIEDRA** or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities:** Provide mentoring and performance follow-up for teachers. Supervise implementation of academic planning and activities. Coordinate actions with school administrators, teachers, and families. Support the organization of institutional and academic activities. Ensure compliance with the institution’s pedagogical guidelines. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:20 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays: 7:40 AM to 1:00 PM Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,250\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
