Job Summary: A leading company in the metal-mechanical industry is seeking a Metal Structures Site Resident to ensure project scope and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the technical team and ensure scope and quality compliance. 2. Plan resources and monitor construction progress. 3. Foster commercial relationships with the client and all involved parties. **COMEDSA Engineering and Construction SAC**, a prominent metal-mechanical company, is seeking **01 METAL STRUCTURES SITE RESIDENT for a project located at TRAPICHE \- COMAS**, who meets the following requirements: **Job Mission:** Ensure project scope and quality compliance. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate and design the work plan for project execution. * Plan and organize resources assigned to the project. * Monitor construction progress according to the established schedule. * Prepare client billings. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Lead the on-site technical team. * Cultivate and maintain commercial relationships with the client and all parties involved in project execution. * Other duties (Three Week, PPC, LA). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering **(Mandatory).** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Metal Structures projects **(Mandatory).** * Specific knowledge: AutoCAD, Project, Office, BIM **(Mandatory).** * No criminal or police records (to be verified). * Must reside in Callao or neighboring districts (no per diem provided). * **Availability to work Monday through Saturday, hours as required by the project** \- non-supervised worker / results-oriented. * Performance bonus will be considered upon successful project completion.
