You will be responsible for ensuring a constant flow of materials and maximizing the company’s resources to guarantee profitability and customer service. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and schedule dispatches of concrete, aggregates, and operational units. * Assign units and drivers, verifying route sheets and corresponding documentation. * Monitor routes and units via GPS system. * Coordinate departures of concrete mixer trucks and transport units. * Verify return of delivery guides and documents signed by the customer. * Coordinate requirements for supplies, unit maintenance, machinery, and plant operations. * Supervise compliance with PPE usage and support safety briefings. * Report incidents, departure times, arrival times, and operational compliance. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in operations coordination, logistics, transportation, production, or activities related to ready-mix concrete, construction, or industrial services. * **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (database cross-referencing for inventory management) and warehouse management systems (WMS). * **Skills:** Team leadership, decision-making under pressure, and strong sense of urgency. * **Availability** to work at the operational office, concrete plant, maneuvering yards, and site visits. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary subject to evaluation. * Excellent work environment focused on goal achievement.
