**Main Responsibilities:**
* Plan and develop learning sessions to facilitate understanding across all areas of Communication and Mathematics.
* Foster student autonomy, critical thinking, and socioemotional management.
* Maintain consistent and assertive communication with parents regarding academic progress.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Primary Education.
* Experience using educational platforms (e.g., Cubicol) and digital tools.
* Residency in Comas or nearby areas of Northern Lima.
