Job Summary: Manage the flow of logistics supplier invoices, ensure accurate recording of purchases/sales, and handle withholding payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to resolve discrepancies JOB PROFILE Manage the flow of logistics supplier invoices, ensure accurate recording of purchases/sales, and handle withholding payments RESPONSIBILITIES * Validate and register supplier invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders. * Process and pay logistics service withholdings * Monitor and file withholding certificates to release goods or payments * Coordinate with warehouse and procurement to resolve discrepancies in supporting documents REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: Technical degree * Experience: 6 months of experience in billing, withholdings, and supplier interaction Location: Office in Arequipa (office hours) Salary: Starting from S/.1,300.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
