Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide support in the metallurgical process, replace operators, ensure production continuity, and maintain order and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with operational and safety standards On behalf of our client, a **mining sector company**, we are looking for an **Operations Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support across various stages of the metallurgical and operational processes, in accordance with instructions and priorities set by the plant manager. * Replace permanent operators during breaks, vacations, or absences, ensuring continuity of production activities. * Promptly report any incidents, malfunctions, or needs identified in the work area to the plant manager or shift supervisor. * Comply with established operational procedures and work standards, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations. * Record and submit SSOMA supervision and control forms, identifying risks and suggesting preventive actions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Chemical Processes, Metallurgy, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in concentrator plants. * Basic knowledge of parameter and operational process control. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * 80% EPS health insurance coverage. * Meals, accommodation, and transportation provided.
