Support budget planning and resolve operational incidents. **Job Description:** The Junior Resort Manager is responsible for supporting the resort's operational and administrative management, ensuring the proper functioning of various departments including accommodation, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. The primary objective is to guarantee a high-quality guest experience by optimizing resources and supervising staff to meet service standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily resort operations. * Coordinate with front office, kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance departments. * Support budget planning and control. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Supervise and lead the workforce. * Resolve operational incidents promptly. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering or Hotel Administration. * Minimum 1 year of experience in CONCESSIONAIRE or similar roles. * Knowledge of operational management and customer service. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Teamwork * Problem solving * LEADERSHIP * Adaptability **Working Conditions:** * Work schedule: Full-time, 20 x 10 * Employment type: On-site * Location: Resort / San Camilo La Joya, located directly on the Pan-American Highway * ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS PROVIDED * Compensation: Range of PEN 1,800 to PEN 2,000, negotiable during interview SEND CV TO 932230142 Salary: PEN 1,800.00 – PEN 2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
