




Position Summary: We are seeking an HSEC Supervisor for a leading retail company, responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring HSEC procedures, on-site supervision, and incident management, with a focus on industrial safety and processes. On behalf of our client, a market-leading retail company, we are currently searching for an **HSEC Supervisor** to join their team. **Requirements:** * Technician or professional in Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Safety, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining or heavy industry. * Demonstrable experience in implementing processes and commissioning operations. * Basic knowledge of HR management and labor legislation. * Availability to work rotating shifts and high on-site presence. * Operational leadership capability, discipline, and practical judgment. **Competencies:** * Customer orientation * Results orientation * Leadership and teamwork * Effectiveness and innovation **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement HSEC procedures from the plant's pre\-operational stage. * Develop, implement, and monitor work permits, ASTs, and safety protocols. * Establish control processes and mandatory use of PPE across all operational areas. * Define reporting, recording, and investigation workflows for incidents and unsafe conditions. * Implement HSEC induction processes for internal staff and contractors. * Supervise on-site compliance with HSEC standards during commissioning and ongoing operations. * Implement and manage attendance, shift, and working-hour controls. * Collect, organize, and validate employment data for payroll processing, statutory contributions, medical leaves, and vacations, in coordination with the HR outsourcing provider. * Support training programs on safety, workplace order, and regulatory compliance. * Generate operational HSEC and HR reports for management and the CFO. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary: S/ 9,000 \- S/ 10,000 * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.9,000\.00 \- S/.10,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
