Leadership, organization, and proactivity A reputable nighttime entertainment company is looking for an Operations Coordinator responsible for ensuring the proper operational, logistical, and administrative functioning across all venue areas, guaranteeing efficient operations and an optimal experience for customers and staff. We seek an organized, proactive individual with leadership capabilities and a results-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities • Coordinate with suppliers regarding the procurement of products and services required for daytime and nighttime operations across all areas. • Conduct periodic warehouse audits and inventory checks. • Supervise the proper supply and storage of products, supplies, and utensils. • Review and inspect infrastructure conditions of company offices and venues. • Ensure proper functioning of sound systems, lighting equipment, and facility cleaning. • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for infrastructure, furniture, and equipment. • Coordinate weekly with the night-shift supervisor regarding required staffing levels for operations. • Coordinate and supervise compliance with safety policies. • Verify daily reconciliation reports for ticketing, accreditations, cash register, cloakroom, and parking. • Prepare and analyze weekly operational and incident reports. Requirements • Technical or university bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism, Operations Management, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar coordination or operations roles. • Experience in sectors such as nightclubs, bars, restaurants, events, entertainment, or mass customer service. • Experience managing operational staff and coordinating with suppliers. • Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management. • Experience supervising maintenance and infrastructure. • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
