Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Tracking Representative to supervise, inspect, and report on tire performance through technical and commercial visits to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical tracking and control of tires in the field 2. Inspection and presentation of technical recommendations to customers 3. Preparation of tire performance reports Neuma Perú imports, distributes, and markets MICHELIN tires for mining, construction, and public transportation (exclusive distributor of the OTR line); we have over 30 years of experience in tire technical tracking and control, as well as management of tire workshops in open-pit and underground mines, OTR tire repair and retreading, and other services aimed at reducing your operational costs. We are currently seeking talent to fill the position of TECHNICAL TRACKING REPRESENTATIVE at our AREQUIPA office: Requirements: Graduated from a technical program, automotive mechanics, or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in tire tracking within the transportation sector (buses, trucks, etc.). Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel. Basic-level knowledge of ERP. Valid driver's license, minimum class A-1. Certified industrial safety training. Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally, with a valid A-1 license. Availability for occasional travel · WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Tracking tire performance and presenting results in performance reports. Conducting inspections at customer sites and delivering technical recommendations during each visit. Performing technical and commercial visits to customers in cargo and passenger transportation sectors. Tire control, tracking, and inspection (tread depth and pressure measurement) Report preparation and presentation of tire performance reports Conducting fleet assessments and inspecting designated companies. Preparation of PL and TC visit summaries. Tracking tires for assigned customers and preparing managerial reports. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure effective customer service.
