Job Summary: This position seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure that products and processes comply with established quality standards in projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures product and process quality through inspections and protocols. 2. Management of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions. 3. Preparation of inspection records and procedures. At R&E INNOVA, we are seeking top talent to fill the Quality Engineer position for a project in Camaná. Job Mission: Ensure that products and processes comply with established quality standards RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop and/or implement quality testing plans/protocols and inspection points. • Prepare welding inspection records according to the applicable test type (VT, PT, MT). • Develop inspection procedures for civil construction and steel structures. • Identify, record, and track Non-Conformities (NCR), defining corrective and preventive actions. • Collect, organize, and validate material certificates, calibration reports, and protocols for final dossier delivery to the client. • Inspect and sign off on steel enabling protocols (coatings, spacing) and formwork watertightness prior to authorizing concrete pouring. • Verify alignment, leveling, plumbness, and tolerances of steel structures. • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree and professional registration in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a QA/QC Engineer, Quality Supervisor, or Site Inspector. • Mixed experience in projects involving foundations, concrete structures, and steel structure erection. • Certification in AWS D1.1 or API 650/1104 / ASME IX, (NDT): ASNT Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant Testing. • Residence in Arequipa.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Master's Degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 28 and 46 years Knowledge: Communication, Teamwork, Quality, Erection, Civil Works, Fabrication of Steel Structures Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer, quality, qa
