At Grupo Cassana, we seek cooks committed to quality, organization, and teamwork to join our hotels and help deliver memorable experiences to our guests and clients. **What will be your mission?** Participate in food preparation and production, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, hygiene, and efficiency in restaurant, breakfast, and event services. **Candidate Profile We Seek** * Student, graduate, or technical specialist in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in hotels, restaurants, or gastronomic businesses. * Knowledge of breakfast preparation, food production, mise en place, and kitchen service. * Proficient handling of kitchen equipment and tools. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and results-oriented individual. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare food according to established standards. * Carry out food production and mise en place for restaurant and events. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in work areas. * Assist in inventory and kitchen supply control. **Competencies We Value** * Teamwork. * Speed and organization. * Responsibility. * Ability to work under pressure. **Position Conditions** On-site mode – Arequipa (Cercado) Afternoon shifts: * 1:30 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Rotating days off. **Benefits** Competitive salary.
