We are looking for an **Inventory Assistant** for our office in Chincha. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Intermediate-level proficiency in office software * Strong communication skills and organizational ability * Knowledge of inventory management and stock cards (kardex) * Knowledge of tax documentation **Responsibilities:** * Record accounting transactions related to inventories (receipts, issuances, adjustments). * Monitor and verify valued stock cards (FIFO, weighted average, or other methods). * Perform reconciliations between physical and accounting inventories. * Support periodic physical inventory counts. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and report observations. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to validate merchandise movements. * Prepare inventory reports for accounting and management. * Support monthly accounting closings related to inventory balances. * Review supporting documents (delivery guides, invoices, receipt/issuance notes). **Benefits:** * Formal payroll registration under the General Regime from day one * Essalud health insurance * Various corporate discounts * Competitive salary * Positive work environment * Career development path *We believe in people, their talents, and what each individual can contribute—regardless of differences.
