We are seeking a preventive, analytical, and regulatory compliance-oriented Occupational Physician to manage occupational health.

We seek a professional with a preventive, analytical, and regulatory compliance-oriented approach who actively contributes to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA), fostering safe and healthy workplaces for our employees.
**What will be your main responsibilities?**
Develop, implement, and monitor the Annual Occupational Health Plan to ensure specific control over occupational medical surveillance programs.
Promote, maintain, and improve health and safety conditions in the company to preserve employees' physical, mental, and social well-being.
Manage various intervention programs according to occupational risks to reduce such risks.
Manage occupational medical examinations and administer and safeguard examination results.
Prepare quarterly reports on employees' occupational health status.
**What qualifications do we require?**
Licensed, registered, and authorized professional in Human Medicine.
Three (3) years of experience as an Occupational Physician in industrial and/or manufacturing plants.
Postgraduate diploma in occupational health (mandatory).
Master’s degree in Occupational Health (preferred).
Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of occupational health management, design of medical surveillance plans, and preventive and promotional health programs (mandatory).
Willingness to work in Chincha.
