Job Summary: Serves customers, takes orders, offers complimentary beverages, and maintains cleanliness of the work area, following prevention procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify and serve customers daily at the establishment 2. Provide excellent service to special guests of the company and/or General Management, offering them complimentary beverages as designated by the immediate supervisor 3. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- Prior customer service experience is desirable. \- Availability to work rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, or night. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Verify and serve customers who visit the establishment daily, inquiring about their food and/or beverage preferences during their stay. \- Provide excellent service to special guests of the company and/or General Management, offering them complimentary beverages as designated by the immediate supervisor. \- Process customer orders received through reception. \- Clean the work area and arrange necessary supplies with required order, cleanliness, and quality to maintain a positive image. \- Comply with and enforce provisions outlined in the Gambling Addiction Prevention Plan and related procedures.
