Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in the industrial/textile sector, with a focus on audits, documentation, and continuous improvement. Support in documentation development and continuous improvement We seek a professional holding a degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS) within the industrial or textile sector. Experience in internal and external audits, document management, action plan follow-up, and traceability under ISO, GOTS, GRS, OCS, and BPM standards will be highly valued, contributing to compliance with organizational and certification body requirements. Additionally, experience supporting the development and updating of IMS documentation, delivering training, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and fostering a culture of compliance within the plant is required. Strong organizational, analytical, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination capabilities are essential. Finally, availability to work Monday through Saturday in a dynamic environment involving constant interaction with production processes and audits is required. Workplace: On-site employment
