Our operations are continuously expanding, and we seek to strengthen our logistics team with dedicated and proactive talent. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support procurement management of goods and services for the plant. * Obtain quotations from various suppliers and track deliveries. * Coordinate dispatch and receipt of materials, supplies, and tools. * Support warehouse administration and inventory control. * Maintain updated records of product and supply inflows and outflows. * Prepare purchase orders and stock reports. * Coordinate with production, maintenance, and administration departments to meet logistics requirements. * Provide occasional support for external procedures and operational tasks. * Execute recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Support identification and definition of job profiles; assist department heads during selection processes and manage contractual documentation. * Monitor staff attendance, follow up on performance evaluations, and address labor-related requests. * Promote a positive work climate through institutional activities and celebrations. * Efficiently manage personnel documentation and formally welcome new employees with key documents (MOF, RIT, policies, etc.). * Resolve labor conflicts within the current legal framework and internal standards. * Ensure compliance with the internal work regulations. * Implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee well-being. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
