We are looking for you! **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or international trade (agricultural sector experience preferred). * Knowledge of import and export processes. * Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Strong organizational, negotiation, and teamwork abilities. * **Must reside in Chincha or nearby areas** * **AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN EL CARMEN (Transportation picks up from a specific location in Chincha and delivers staff to the farm located in EL CARMEN)** **Main Responsibilities** * Management of local and international procurement (quotations, comparative analyses, purchase orders, and follow-up). * Coordination and contracting of logistics services (transportation, customs, warehousing, logistics operators). * Support in export processes: documentation coordination, shipment tracking, and communication with customers/agents. * Control and recording of logistics costs in coordination with the accounting department. * Coordination with field, packing, and export departments. * Monitoring of departmental performance indicators. **We Offer** * Salary between **S/ 3,500 and S/ 4,000**. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * **General labor regime with all statutory benefits FROM DAY ONE** * Career path opportunity in a transnational agro-export company. * Excellent work environment! * Professional development in international trade and supply chain. **Apply now—send your CV via WhatsApp at 945 960 520!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,500\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
