Position Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified BIM Modeler to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations in infrastructure projects, particularly structural works. Job Description: We are currently looking for a highly qualified **BIM MODELER** to join our team. This position is intended for professionals responsible for ensuring compliance with current technical standards and regulations during the execution of infrastructure projects, especially **STRUCTURAL** works. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree holder and registered professional in **CIVIL ENGINEERING AND/OR ARCHITECTURE** (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum **24** **months**, counted from the date of registration, as a **BIM MODELER** or **BIM COORDINATOR** in public infrastructure projects involving **STRUCTURAL WORKS** (**SCHOOLS**, **HOSPITALS**, **UNIVERSITIES**). **KNOWLEDGE:** * Advanced knowledge of architecture and structures. * Proficiency in shared parameters and bulk data loading. * Scheduling tables with quantity take-off generation reconcilable against S10. * Navisworks or Bimcollab for clash detection and resolution. * MINEDU regulations on educational infrastructure and the National Building Code (RNE). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop BIM models for a pilot block based on CAD drawings from the technical file. * Propose and implement a shared parameter structure linking budget (S10), construction schedule, and material requirements. * Generate quantity take-offs from the model and reconcile them with those and the budget stated in the current technical file. * Detect and resolve interdisciplinary clashes, issuing prioritized reports based on cost and schedule impact. * Prepare and update As-Built drawings during construction. * Update the model in response to construction modifications and provide graphical support for valuations, additions, and deductions.
