Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the professional association, and duly authorized. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction execution. Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Offices, contract coordination, or administration for public works contracts. Proven experience in: preparation and management of progress payments (valuations), change orders, detailed quantity take-offs and deductions, time extensions, physical–financial project control. Knowledge of: Public Procurement Law and current regulations. Technical files, quantity take-offs, budgets, and cost analysis. Construction scheduling and control. Procurement processes on construction sites. ERP S10 (intermediate–advanced level). Intermediate-level Excel. Salary: S/.6,000.00 – S/.9,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
