Apply now for the **SURFACE DRILLING ASSISTANT** position and discover with us a better future! **What is required from me?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum two years of experience in this role (certificates required as proof). * Experience operating diamond drilling rigs (mandatory). * Availability to travel and work under mining regime conditions. **What will be my key responsibilities in this role?** * Inspect machinery, tools, and equipment prior to commencing operations. * Assist the driller during drilling operations and verify proper sample recovery. * Install and remove drill rods in coordination with the driller. * Manage storage of mud, materials, and drilling accessories; perform required maintenance; maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Execute tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor and propose process improvements within your area of influence. **What benefits do we offer?** * Direct payroll from the company * 100% covered per diems (transportation, accommodation, meals) * Commuting buses for entry and exit * Continuous learning and training * Growth opportunities * Corporate agreements.
