Job Summary:
A professional to manage human, material, and equipment resources; perform valuations; coordinate certifications; and analyze and improve work procedures at a mining camp.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive resource management for internal operations
2. Coordination and tracking of personnel and equipment certifications
3. Participation in analysis and improvement of work procedures
Bachelor's degree (Graduate or Bachelor) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Position requires on-site work at the mining camp. Work schedule: 20 days on / 10 days off.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
Intermediate and/or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory).
Bachelor from the Faculty of Business Administration, National University of Central Peru.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Manage human, material, and equipment resources to meet internal requirements.
* Register and track accreditation of personnel, materials, and equipment on required platforms, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
* Perform valuations.
* Coordinate and track certification of personnel, equipment, and units.
* Participate in studying and analyzing new procedures and work methods.
* Draft and transcribe correspondence and various documents.
* Coordinate with HR and Logistics to address operational areas' requirements.
* Collect, classify, and analyze information for plans and programs.
* Archive and maintain control of departmental documents.
* Perform any other related tasks assigned.
* Follow all applicable procedures, standards, regulations, and rules related to the position.
