Job Summary:
Implements and manages continuous improvement, social welfare, personnel development, and talent acquisition strategies to ensure an optimal work environment and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Implement continuous improvement strategies across HR functions—including Social Welfare, Compensation, and Selection—to achieve organizational development objectives.
Design and implement wellness and social support programs that foster employees’ human development.
Develop the Personal Development Plan and propose organizational assessments.
Plan and execute personnel control, development, and training to ensure staff acquire the competencies (capabilities and skills) required to achieve assigned functional objectives and company certifications.
Handle inquiries, complaints, grievances, and resolve issues within the Human Resources area.
Foster a pleasant, appropriate, and ideal work climate for optimal employee performance.
Verify timelines and supervise planning of recruitment, selection, and hiring; registration, assignment, and onboarding of new personnel.
Supervise payroll records, calculation of social benefits, tax payments, AFP contributions, bonuses, vacation allowances, and other matters related to the company’s service quality toward current and former employees.
Manage payroll closing information for monthly salary disbursement deposits.
Maintain weekly headcount (HC) control for operational and administrative personnel.
Organize and execute the Social Welfare Plan in coordination with the General Manager.
Promote favorable working conditions for personnel and the institution, and implement the annual personnel retention plan.
Manage renewal and enrollment of workers’ EPS, SCTR, and VIDA LEY insurance policies, then register enrollments with the Ministry of Labor.
Serve as responsible party for internal communication to company personnel regarding institutional initiatives benefiting staff.
Conduct informational sessions for personnel on company policies and regulations.
Perform other duties inherent to the position, as assigned by the immediate supervisor, and those undertaken independently to enhance company efficiency—subject to superior authorization.
Administer online recruitment platforms (BUMERAN, LABORUM, INSTITUTIONS, LINKEDIN) to post vacancies, then analyze and filter CVs, and coordinate interviews and assessments with applicants in accordance with departmental procedures.
Manage onboarding of new personnel (e.g., issuing offer letters, arranging travel, residency, email accounts, clarifying job responsibilities, assigning equipment, etc.).
Implement and execute talent attraction and retention strategies.
Design and execute the onboarding process—from initial incorporation through the first six months of employment.
Update the organizational chart and MOF (Organization Functions Manual), and develop job descriptions for each position.
Develop the employer brand within the company and deliver added value.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations designed to foster positive workplace relations.
Ensure and promote preventive and corrective actions related to occupational safety and health per RIT.
Comply with regulations governing the Sexual Harassment Intervention Committee and the Suggestion Box Committee.
Oversee and enforce company procedures and regulations designed to foster positive workplace relations.

Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.5,000.00 per month
