Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Nutrition Assistant to support food preparation and distribution in healthcare services, ensuring food quality and safety. NUTRITION ASSISTANT Servicios Brickell S.A.C., a food concessionaire, is seeking a responsible, proactive, and quality- and food-safety-committed Nutrition Assistant to provide services in healthcare facilities. WORK LOCATION **San Vicente de Cañete Site – EsSalud Hospital** REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or certified technician in Nutrition and Dietetics. * Preferable 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospital food services, food concessionaires, clinics, or hospitals. * Knowledge of GMP and HACCP. * Preferable valid Health Certificate. * Immediate availability. SCHEDULE Fixed schedule with rotating weekly day off. **Available shifts:** * 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support food preparation and distribution according to established diets. * Verify the quality and safety of prepared foods. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP protocols. * Assist in temperature control, portioning, and presentation of diets. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
