Specific Experience: Execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning tests in photovoltaic power plants. Substation and transmission line synchronization tests. **Technical Skills:** Expert-level proficiency in validating IEC, IEEE standards and the National Electrical Code. Specialization in testing and commissioning complex electrical and mechanical systems. **Key Responsibilities** Technical Supervision: Lead testing of the plant’s electrical, mechanical, and SCADA systems. Commissioning Protocols: Coordinate and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning protocols, ensuring full traceability of each test. Operational Validation: Verify optimal performance of the plant and all its components prior to commercial operation (COD).
