Job Objective Ensure the daily operational functionality of the shopping mall, anticipating risks and resolving incidents. This is the position that prevents crises. Responsibilities * Supervise:o Securityo Cleaningo Maintenance * **Infrastructure Status Monitoring:o Lighting, restrooms, common areaso Elevators, escalators, critical equipment** Coordination and supervision of operational service providers * **Execution and follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance** Handling of operational incidents and emergencies * **Verification of compliance with:o Security standardso Internal protocolso Schedules and use of common areas** * Preparation of operational reports (incidents, improvements, risks) * **Support during municipal inspections, INDECI, etc.** Direct coordination with tenants regarding operational, non-commercial matters Required Profile * Technical or university education in:o Engineering, Administration, Facility Management, or related fields * **Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in:o Operationso Maintenanceo** * **Shopping malls, buildings, condominiums, or retail** Ability to make quick decisions **Firm character, operational leadership** Availability to handle emergencies * **Basic knowledge of:o Securityo Maintenanceo Municipal regulations (desirable)** What We Offer? * Work availability from Monday to Saturday * **Positive work environment and direct interaction with management** Honorarium payments for the first three months, then payroll-based * **Job stability and growth opportunities within the company** Birthday leave day * **Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with one rotating day off** Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
