**Role Objective:** Support the processes associated with the management of your area, aiming for them to be carried out in the most efficient and effective manner possible. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive support in controlling and monitoring operational times, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes. * Provide support for logistics related to equipment transfer to operations, properly managing the required documentation. * Support administrative processes related to operations personnel, ensuring their proper management. * Actively collaborate in the management of Enaex’s training programs for operations personnel. * Actively participate in training sessions and the execution of operational tasks, as well as in the use of the electronic initiation system. * Support project management within your area, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions to achieve established objectives in value generation. * Effectively carry out tasks assigned by your supervisor, following instructions and established requirements, and assuming the necessary leadership and responsibility to take over corresponding actions when required. * Prepare periodic reports with key indicators and relevant statistics to continuously monitor results achieved in the area. **Requirements:** Desirable: 6 months’ experience in blasting Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
