Ensure the operation and maintenance of existing irrigation systems. DESCRIPTION #### **A leading agro-industrial company, specialized in production and export, is seeking a Hydraulic Infrastructure Manager to lead the comprehensive management of irrigation systems, expansion projects, and maintenance of hydraulic infrastructure across its operations in Chincha and Pisco.** ### **Role of the Position:** We seek a professional with solid experience in hydraulic infrastructure, water resources, and maintenance, capable of leading technical teams and managing projects in a growth-oriented environment. The position’s primary responsibility is to lead the execution of new hydraulic infrastructure projects, as well as ensure the operation and maintenance of existing systems, guaranteeing operational continuity, efficient use of water resources, and achievement of business objectives. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in Water Resources, Technified Irrigation, Maintenance Management, or Project Management. * 5 to 8 years of experience leading the operation and maintenance of technified irrigation systems and hydraulic infrastructure in agro-industrial companies. * Experience in water resources management, hydraulic infrastructure, fertigation, maintenance, and project execution. * Knowledge of technified irrigation systems, electromechanical equipment, hydraulic pumps, maintenance management (CMMS), and project planning tools. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Work Location: Chincha (with travel between Chincha and Pisco).
