At AtkinsRéalis Peru, we are seeking a CSA Leader - Project for future projects. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate work with other engineers and professionals both within and outside their own discipline, and with support services staff. * Respond to technical queries related to the discipline. * Comply with and enforce company procedures. * Comply with the company’s quality management system guidelines associated with their position and area. * Design / Verify equipment layout design according to project requirements and industry best practices, considering maintenance and operational criteria. * Perform calculations to support equipment or system selection. * Coordinate vendor packages and provide technical selection and recommendation support, including review of certified drawing information and other documentation. * Ensure compliance with project specifications and procedures to meet all deliverables and process activities. * Establish detailed operational designs and specifications; review design and engineering drafting work performed by junior, intermediate engineers or designers. * Provide technical support within their discipline to ensure that deliverables meet all safety, schedule and quality requirements. * Prepare cost and man-hour estimates, budgets and work schedules, as well as approve changes to the scope of the assigned project, calculating impacts on schedule, cost and quality. * Provide support in preparing technical proposals, as required. * Provide guidance and support to intermediate and junior engineers within the discipline. * Other duties related to the responsibilities of the position. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum fifteen years’ experience in similar positions. * Languages: Intermediate English. * Software: MS Office, Fathom, AutoPIPE, Hammer, intermediate level. * Availability to perform fieldwork. **Process:** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications received through any other channel will not be considered. * We will contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation costs are not covered.
