To learn more about us and our culture, visit our website: https://www.lasbambas.com/es **WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU FACE?** Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of the technology project portfolio, aligned with best practices in project, program, and portfolio management, to support the achievement of MMG’s and the Americas’ strategy and plans. **HOW WILL YOU CREATE VALUE IN YOUR ROLE?** * Coordinate with project leaders and teams, applying the framework defined by the Project Management Office. * Facilitate project steering committee meetings, presenting project progress, deliverables compliance, risks, issues (problems), action plans, resource allocation, budgets, critical project decision-making, and conflict escalation. * Provide guidance and support to Project Leaders by promoting and reinforcing the application of best practices in project, program, and portfolio management. * Align solutions with business requirements, identifying and managing associated dependencies and risks, business implications of the technological solution, and implementation issues—prioritizing actions. * Coordinate with MMG’s Technology teams (China and Australia) and global Technology vendors through periodic working meetings. * Plan the framework for the Project Management Office, defining which tools to use and under which methodologies projects will be executed. * Prioritize the project portfolio, coordinating with senior management on high-impact projects critical to operations. * Coordinate the transition to operations of implemented technological solutions through working meetings with impacted management teams and the Technology Support team. **\#WELookForYourTalent** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering and/or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization in Project Management is desirable. * Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles or responsibilities. * Project Management Software: Microsoft Project, Trello, JIRA or similar. * Proficiency in Risk Control tools. * Proficiency in Agile Management tools: Jira, Scrumwise or related. * Proficiency in Documentation and Version Control tools: SharePoint. * Proficiency in Data Visualization and Reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau or related (desirable). * Advanced MS Office proficiency (desirable). * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or AI-based tools is desirable. * Knowledge of: + Project (PMO) and Portfolio Management. + Resource planning and capacity management. + Project lifecycle. + Monitoring and reporting progress against the annual portfolio plan, long-term planning, capacity, financial and resource planning. + Realizing benefits through the portfolio. + Best practices and governance in the PMO. + Solid knowledge of PMI, Prince2 or other Project Management frameworks. **\#WeProduceCopperWeProduceTalent** **Advertised:** 08 Jan 2026 SA Pacific Standard Time **Applications close:** 16 Jan 2026 SA Pacific Standard Time
