Telecommunications company seeking top talent Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of solar projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and current regulations—from the design phase through commissioning. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and manage photovoltaic solar energy projects. * Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans. * Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, and contractors. * Supervise solar system installation, testing, and commissioning. * Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance. * Monitor project costs, progress, and risks. * Prepare project progress and closure reports. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Electrical, Industrial, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management (preferably in solar or renewable energy projects). * Knowledge of photovoltaic systems, renewable energy, and project management. * Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar). * Familiarity with safety and electrical regulations (preferred). **Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork. * Organization and planning. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset. **Desirable Conditions** * Project management certification (PMI, Scrum, or similar). * Willingness to work on-site and travel.
