We are looking for the best talents to join the position of **SSOMA ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields. * Diploma or Specialization Course in SSOMA. * Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001. * Minimum experience of 2 years or more. * Advanced Excel knowledge. **What challenges will I face?** * Act as a prevention specialist for our external clients. * Ensure strict use of all PPE by internal staff and third parties. * Identify and document unsafe acts and conditions to enable corrective actions. * Strictly supervise security guards to ensure compliance with entry requirements for internal staff and third parties. * Verify cleanliness of contractors’ work areas. * Conduct monthly safety inspections of first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, and emergency equipment. * Support the SSOMA Coordinator in client homologation processes, gathering evidence, required documentation, and addressing observations from various homologating entities. * Verify that operational personnel correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to the activities being performed. * Validate that personnel have all tools required for the type of work to be carried out and that such tools are in good condition. * Report incidents, accidents, hazardous conditions, and observed deviations in service, following established formats. **Benefits:** * Excellent work environment and job stability. * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive salary. * Ongoing training.
