Your work will have a direct impact on the well-being of our collaborators and on the responsible care of our operations. Among your main contributions will be: * Conducting safety inspections at the plant and offices. * Verifying the use of PPE and promoting safe practices. * Supporting environmental management, waste handling, and recordkeeping. * Preparing SSOMA reports, checklists, and statistics. * Coordinating inductions, trainings, and internal campaigns. * Keeping the management system documentation up to date. * Serving as a key ally during internal and external audits. What are we looking for in you? * Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), or related fields. * 1 year of experience in SSOMA-related functions. * Knowledge of OSH regulations; ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 certification is desirable. * Organization, commitment, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Enthusiasm to contribute, improve processes, and work with a preventive focus.
