Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a field sales team, ensure achievement of sales targets, and supervise strategy implementation in projects located in the southern region. If you have experience managing sales teams and knowledge of the land lot market, this is your opportunity! **What will be your mission?** Lead the field sales team, ensure achievement of sales targets, and supervise the implementation of strategies across projects within our area of influence. **What do we offer?** * **Fixed Salary:** S/ 2,500 per month. * **Commissions:** Attractive rates of **2\.5% to 3\.5%** per sold lot value. * **Bonuses:** Additional incentives for achieving group objectives. * **Benefits:** MYPE regime (50% of statutory benefits). * **Growth:** Opportunity to lead a team of 3 advisors reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. **What qualifications are we seeking?** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in sales supervision or coordination roles. * **Sector:** Essential knowledge of the horizontal real estate sector (Land Lots/Urban Development).
