Participation in operationally demanding projects A leading company providing services to the mining–industrial sector is currently strengthening its operational structure and seeks to incorporate a **Multifunctional Operator** for a project at a major **mining unit located in Chincha**. This position targets operational personnel who are responsible and highly committed to **safety and teamwork**, with experience in **general maintenance and multi-trade support** in industrial or mining environments under a **14x7 work schedule**. **Profile** * Minimum **1 year of experience as a Multifunctional Operator, All-Rounder, or in general maintenance**. * Basic knowledge in: * **Basic electricity**. * **Carpentry**. * General maintenance (civil, metallic, or operational support). * Experience in operational tasks within **industrial or mining environments** (desirable). * Knowledge of and compliance with **Occupational Safety and Health regulations**. * Responsibility, commitment, orderliness, and willingness to perform diverse tasks. * Ability to work in a team and follow operational instructions. * Availability to work under a **14x7 schedule** at the mining unit. **Responsibilities** * Perform **general maintenance tasks** across the mining unit’s facilities. * Provide operational support across various specialties (**multi-trade tasks**). * Support **basic electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance** activities as required. * Carry out **housekeeping, cleaning, and operational support** tasks at the mining unit. * Assist technical and operational staff in scheduled activities. * Comply with **internal procedures and safety regulations**. * Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or maintenance needs to the Supervisor. * Maintain the work area **clean, orderly, and safe**, adhering to **7S standards**. * Other related duties assigned within the scope of competence. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * **Meals and accommodation provided by the company**. * Timely monthly payments. * Transportation from pickup points to the mining unit. * Job stability in mining–industrial sector projects. * Participation in operationally demanding projects with high safety standards. **Conditions** * Position type: **Full-time, Permanent** * Work location: **Cerro Lindo Mining Unit – Chincha Alta** * Work schedule: **14x7** Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a Multifunctional Operator or in general maintenance within mining, industrial, or construction projects? * Do you possess basic knowledge in electricity, carpentry, or general maintenance? * Are you available to work under a 14x7 schedule at a mining unit located in Chincha?
