




**Position:** Call Center Operator – Health Area **Position Description** At **Pasteur Polyclinic**, we are seeking a Call Center Operator for the health area, responsible for providing telephone and digital patient support, managing medical appointments, and assisting with internal coordination, ensuring courteous, efficient, and confidential service. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer patient calls and messages, providing information about Pasteur Polyclinic’s services, specialties, hours, and procedures. * Schedule, reschedule, and cancel medical appointments accurately and efficiently. * Make appointment confirmation and reminder calls, as well as basic patient follow-up. * Accurately record information in the system and keep the database up to date. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure appropriate patient care. * Prepare and send call and appointment reports to the administrator or designated person upon request. * Comply with service protocols, confidentiality standards, and clinic policies. **Requirements** * Minimum experience in customer service or call center (healthcare sector experience preferred). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer and record-keeping system proficiency. * Empathy, responsibility, and organizational ability. **We Offer** * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training. * Growth opportunities. * Market-competitive remuneration.
