Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage commercial operations, coordinate promotions, monitor sales, generate reports, and supervise staff—ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead management and coordination of marketing promotions. 2. Sales monitoring, report generation, and inventory management. 3. Staff supervision and customer service, including action plans. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Identify potential or new customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement various promotions at the service station and Market. Track promotion-related sales performance. Monitor daily fuel sales. Prepare sales reports and fuel and Market settlement reports. Conduct on-site inspections at the station to identify issues with compressors for various products sold at the service station. Ensure all supervised staff comply with the service cycle. Develop action plans based on checklist analysis and implement corresponding action plans. Conduct random evaluations of customer service provided by supervised staff. Coordinate and verify stock levels for promotional products. Manage supply of products for the service station and Market. **REQUIREMENTS:** 2–3 years of experience in commercial management roles within restaurants, EESS (Energy Supply Service Stations), convenience stores, or related sectors. Academic background: Technical or university degree. Experience in sales settlements, cash handling, and inventory management. **BENEFITS:** Salary: Between S/ 1800 and S/ 2000. Performance bonus. Formal employment contract and statutory benefits. Work location: Chincha. Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Employment type: Full-time.
