Experience new adventures, advance professionally, and join our team. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or incomplete studies. * Outgoing person with high energy and strong communication skills with the public. * No prior experience required. * Must reside in CHINCHA or nearby areas. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work 8 hours daily on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise buses en route, cleanliness, and staff appearance. * Report sales not recorded by the driver. * Channel passenger complaints to Customer Service. * Report incidents to the Control Tower and assist with transfers. * Assist with ticket collection on routes and at sales points. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
