Coordination of cultural and sports activities Plan, organize, and implement training sessions for the workshop under your responsibility, in accordance with the relevant discipline. Design the annual or semester work plan, establishing objectives, content, schedules, and training goals. Develop activities aimed at progressively acquiring technical, artistic, or sports skills, depending on the nature of the workshop. Adapt content and methodologies to participants’ level and characteristics, fostering a safe and educational environment. Promote active participation, teamwork, discipline, and institutional values as integral components of students’ holistic development. Organize exhibitions, presentations, demonstrations, or internal events related to the workshop, as appropriate. Coordinate with the Cultural, Artistic, and Sports Department regarding activity scheduling, logistical requirements, and use of facilities. Ensure proper use and maintenance of assigned spaces, equipment, materials, and supplies. Comply with institutional guidelines, regulations, and internal university policies. Record student attendance and participation, preparing periodic reports on workshop progress and outcomes. Contribute to promoting the institution’s image through participation in internal cultural, artistic, or sports activities. Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements **Education:** Technical or professional degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences, Sports Training, Physical Activity and Sports, or related disciplines. Additional training in teaching methodology, sports training, and/or table tennis coaching techniques is desirable. **Experience:** Minimum two (2) years of experience in teaching, leading, or developing workshops in your discipline.
